The Grogan's Mill Village Association has created promotional materials for real estate agents and homeowners with houses listed for sale in Grogan's Mill Village.

We are providing mousepads and business cards with the Grogan's Mill Village Web site address clearly printed on them. The intent is that the mousepads and/or business cards will be placed in the home next to the listing sheets so that potential buyers can take one with them and then later peruse the Web site at their leisure. The Grogan's Mill Village Web site lists all the positive aspects of living in Grogan's Mill and will help assist potential homebuyers with their decision.
