The value of homes, measured in price per square foot rose by 9% in 2007 according to an article in the Chronicle, which is higher than any other Woodlands village. Home in foreclosure declined slightly from 2006.

Grogan's Mill is the fifth largest subdivision in the Houston area with 3,976 homes in the community. The largest is Alden's Bridge with 7,131 homes, Cochrans Crossing with 5269 homes is the second largest sub-division in the area. The other Woodlands villages would all be in the top ten communities.

As The Woodlands builds out, and most of the property in Montgomery county is now finished or under construction, we expect that the values in GM will start increasing faster than other areas. We do have the three things important in real estate; location, location, location. We are already beginning to see some tear downs with new construction of bigger homes.
