I have lived in Grogan's Mill for 27 years and know it's the best place to live in The Woodlands. We moved here for the forest, and Grogan's Mill exemplifies the forest the best out of all the villages.

The houses are all different designs, sizes, and price ranges (which makes for a nice neighborhood mixture) and most of the houses are landscaped with the forest in mind.

Ahhh, but you want the city...we have that, too!! We are close to the mall, the movie theater, The Pavilion, The Waterway - we can even walk to the restaurants!

My husband works a mile from our home but if he worked in downtown Houston he'd be close to the freeway and toll road - saving time, gas, and having more time for the family.

What else can you do in Grogan's Mill? We have a 3 and a half mile linear park where people walk, jog, and give their pets some exercise, too. Parks are interspersed throughout the village and serve people from preschool age through adulthood - and of course there are the golf courses and swimming pools.

When we first looked at The Woodlands their motto was "Come Home to The Woodlands". Well, we came and have felt at home then (with young children) and now (as empty nesters).
