| Residents of Grogan's Mill Village LOVE
living in Grogan's Mill. Read on to find out why.
April marks my 25th year to live in The Woodlands. I didn't start
out in Grogan's Mill but, I am surely glad I ended up here. In 1980,
Grogan's Mill served as the hub of the new community, it was the
center of all activity and shopping that was available at that time.
Grogan's Mill represents what was and is the best of George Mitchell's
original plan. Homes sit on a little bit more land, surrounded by
a more natural landscape of trees and foliage on streets that invite
you to explore the neighborhood. One just knows and feels when walking
"The Loop" that this is home, you have arrived. The homes seem to
become one with the trees, which was part of the original plan,
forest and people living in harmony. Nothing obstructs the wonderful
views of nature or the life in the forest we call "The Woodlands"
in the Village of Grogan's Mill.
Many, many more acres of neighborhoods and new "Villages" have
been added but, to truly experience living in this community, Grogan's
Mill is where it is at, where it all began.
