living in Grogan's Mill. Read on to find out why.
We have lived in the Grogan's Mill section of The Woodlands since
1977. It is our favorite section out of all the others.
The advantages are that we are very close to I-45, with only one
red light prior to entering the freeway from our residence. The
mall and grocery shopping is almost within walking distance and
yet the area we live in is very quiet.
Schools are very handy. Entertainment is also a short distance,
with the Cynthia Mitchell Pavilion and the movie theater in close
proximity. Our favorite restaurants are located in the mall area.
To top it off, we love the neighborhood!
