Grogan's Mill has to be the best location to live in The Woodlands! We're just south of the mall with all the new shops, restaurants and Waterway. Shopping here is fabulous--HEB, Randalls, and Kroger are all within a 5-minute drive.

We have easy access to I-45. Signs are tacky-but you know the one "If you lived here, you'd be home by now" is a good way to describe our location. Rush-hour traffic here in The Woodlands seems to get heavier as you drive along.

We've been here the longest, we're more established, and I think the Village of Grogan's Mill is the ONLY place to live!!
